Description
- Overview:
- Multi-grade classes and single teacher schools have made it possible for many children in remote rural areas and communities to access education. However, the teachers teaching in these environments rarely receive training in how to deal with and manage the large numbers of pupils, of different ages and levels of learning, that they confront in their classes. These tools can assist teachers in this regard. This handbook comprises ten units, each one consisting of common experiences, case studies, sample activities, possible responses, and a summary.
