Opportunities for Deeper Learning: Superior (3)
One thing I really liked about this lesson plan was the guided questions you had for the students. Each one of those were worded very well and would make students think critically about the events and voting patterns. One thing I wasn't a fan of though was the lack of formative assessments throughout the lesson. I feel as if this lesson plan would do very well in a college or AP class. However if teaching this to younger students I feel as if you would need to have more assessments to make sure the students are following like they should.
